Subscription Policy
Please review the following terms and conditions that apply to all subscription purchases.
1. How Subscriptions Work
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to receive recurring shipments of your selected product(s) every 30 days. Each shipment will be automatically billed to your selected payment method until you cancel via your online account.
2. Billing and Payments
Your chosen payment method will be charged automatically before each shipment is processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been billed and is being prepared for dispatch.
If your payment fails, we’ll notify you and retry the charge automatically. Please ensure your payment details remain up to date to ensure smooth deliverability of your order.
3. Subscription Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days unless cancelled prior to your next billing date. You can view, edit, or cancel your subscription anytime through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Your account dashboard can be accessed via the links in your first order confirmation email.
4. Cancellations and Changes
You may cancel or modify your subscription any time before your next billing date. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. You will need to then return the item for a refund. Please see the steps in our Returns policy on how to do this. If you cancel after your first purchase that is no problem, just reach out to our team however a 20% fee will be charged for the price difference at the time of notification of cancelation, for the difference of what our products retail for on a non-subscription basis.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Subscription orders are shipped from our fulfillment center within 1 business day after billing. Standard delivery times apply depending on your location.
Shipping times may vary during peak seasons or public holidays.
6. Refunds and Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once a supplement order has been opened or used. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as applicable. If you haven't opened your order, you can return the order to us by following our Returns policy.
7. Price Changes
We may adjust product or shipping prices from time to time. You’ll be notified via email before any price change takes effect. Continuing your subscription after receiving notice of a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new prices.
8. Account Management
It is your responsibility to maintain accurate account information, including shipping address, billing details, and email. We are not responsible for shipments sent to outdated or incorrect addresses if not updated before billing.
